The Universal Pouch Is A Flexible Holder For Carrying Items Like Rifle Magazines, Tourniquets, Bandages, And Other Similarly-Sized Items. The Panel Can Be Attached To Various Surfaces On The Plate Carrier — Inside The Vest Using Hook & Loop, Under Or On The Side Of The Flap, To The Plate Pocket Closure, Or Even To Any Belt Lined With Hook & Loop. The Pouch Can Be Oriented To Either The Left Or The Right Side; Switch The Direction Of The Strap At The Bottom. The Gear Is Secured Using A Shock Cord With A Non-Slip Grip.
